On May 12, the CBA playoffs delivered a decisive Game 3 in the quarterfinals, as Beijing Beiji took on Guangdong Dongguang at the iconic Wukesong Arena. With a commanding 88-73 victory, Beijing Beiji secured their spot in the semifinals, winning the series 2-1. Zhou Qi dominated the paint with 18 points and 8 rebounds, while the team’s defensive pressure limited Guangdong’s scoring opportunities throughout the game. Despite 13 points from Hu Mingxuan, Guangdong couldn’t find a rhythm against Beijing’s disciplined performance. The electric atmosphere at Wukesong, fueled by passionate fans and guided by head coach Xu Liming, propelled Beijing to a well-earned win.
