As the official equipment partner of the Thomas & Uber Cup, VICTOR teamed up with the Badminton World Federation to deliver the ultimate stage for the world’s top men’s and women’s team competitions. The 2026 edition was packed with drama—moments of championship glory, heartbreaking near-misses, inspiring dark horse stories, and triumphant returns from injury.

VICTOR sponsored the tournament for the third straight time, providing match equipment and professional services. The official shuttlecock, the VICTOR MASTER ACE, featured premium goose feathers and a natural full-cork base with a custom center logo, earning praise from players for its consistent flight and solid feel. The event also used VICTOR’s C-7057PRO Z L/G court mats, C-7069/E net posts, and C-7004/W nets. The VPS stringing team, all VSI-certified experts, handled official stringing and received commemorative certificates for their dedicated service.
France’s Fairytale Run
For the first time in history, France—wearing VICTOR gear—stormed into the Thomas Cup final, rewriting the record books. In the group stage, they faced a must-win situation against powerhouse Indonesia, needing at least four victories to advance. They delivered a stunning 4-1 upset, knocking out the five-time champions. In the knockout rounds, they swept past former Thomas Cup winners Japan and India, evolving from dark horses into “champion killers.” In the final, they fell to defending champions China, finishing just one step short of the title. France’s rise is no fluke: two singles players now rank in the world top 10, and a third is inside the top 20. VICTOR, as official partner of the French national team, backed their journey, while traditional powerhouse Denmark also secured a podium finish with VICTOR’s support.
